MJ and Min Maternity Session 7.20.16 

I love meeting new couples and learning about their love story. MJ and Min, or as their friends and family nicknamed them, "M & M." This sweet couple was referred to me by a friend, who I previously photographed for. They were so open to different poses and did not mind walking through the park area to find different backdrops. I even had them climb up a wooden boxed area to get the shot below. I asked a 36 weeks pregnant woman to climb over an area that's probably not meant to be climbed on!! However, both she and Min were so cool about it. Without hesitation they said, "Yea, no problem. Let's do this." It was worth it though because that's where the beautiful summer evening sun was resting at that moment and I was able to capture a unique shot with the NYC skyline peeking through the trees in the back.
